Dark War Events Reminder Tool

The Z War Calendar bot is designed to reduce admin time by notifying members and sending reminders in a “set and forget” format. The usual Discord Bot slash commands are all there (see the table below), but for those who find that tedious (including me!), there is a web admin panel. As with all the tools and apps from Z War, no logins, no player IDs or emails are required to use. Instead, an access code is generated and acts as an encryption key to access stored data (your events schedule and obviously your guild ID). The codes allow you to share calendars, either via the app or via the web. The latter feature is useful for non-Discord users or users who live in countries that ban access.

The bot only requires access to a specific channel and permissions to write there. Too many bots ask for admin or promoted access, and it’s usually not needed if set up correctly.
